For all of your parcels with multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates by a day or two or. If you have received a shipping confirmation email but have only received a portion of your order, it is likely that it is referring to only a partial shipment. We provide the best tracking method to our customer when he/she ordered. When the order and package were delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You can track your order from start to end.

Most of our products are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are undamaged. Just email contact@comprek.com and note your original order number.
